Cancellations:

Students have 30 days from the date of the course to cancel for a full refund, reschedule, or transfer without accruing an administrative fee. Cancellations must be made by email, CSA will acknowledge any cancellations via email. The student MUST receive an acknowledgment from CSA for the cancellation to take effect.

 

Refunds:

Students will receive a full refund if they cancel at least 30 days prior to the start of the course.

Students will receive 50% of their tuition if they cancel inside of 30 days of the course.

Students forfeit all of their course tuition if they cancel 14 days prior to the course.

 

If CSA cancels an event, 100% of the tuition is refunded (by default), or the student may elect to transfer those funds to another course. If the student transfers the funds to a course of lesser value, CSA will reimburse the difference, if the student transfers to a class of greater value, then the student must make up the remainder and bring the balance of the new course to zero.

 

Those who fail to show up on the day of class, without notifying us via email at info@calshooting.com, forfeit 100% of their tuition.

 

Reschedules:

Students may opt for a reschedule in lieu of a cancellation. Students canceling a course 30 days prior to the start date will receive full credit applied to their rescheduled course. Students canceling less than 21 days prior still lose 50% of their deposit, the other 50% will be rolled over to the new course, payment in full will still be required 30 days prior to the start of the course. Students canceling less than 14 days prior forfeit all of their tuition and must register and enroll.

 

Transfers:

Students may transfer their seat to any other person (providing they meet eligibility requirements) 7 days prior to the start of the course.
